Harvard Jolly, Inc. was selected from the approved Continuing Services Consulting list to provide design services. The scope of work provides for landscaping, masonry, paving, and construction of an exterior stage.

The project was advertised and bids received (see attachment). The bid included alternates for a shade structure and raised concrete stage. Award of the contract for the base bid and concrete stage alternate to the low bidder, Newco Construction Company (doing business as Wichman Construction), is recommended.

Total funds in the amount of $273,000 are included in the District Capital Outlay: $223,000 (from school's Academic Foundation) and $50,000 (from Local Millage). The contract amount being awarded is $184,634.
