Approve Award of Contract for Fire Alarm and Intercom Systems Replacement at
Colson Elementary School

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Anston-Greenlees, Inc. was selected from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design services. The scope of work provides for replacement of the fire alarm and intercom systems at Colson Elementary School.

The project was advertised and bids received (see attachment). Award of the contract to the low bidder, Inter-Bay Electric Co., Inc., is recommended.

Total funds in the amount of $140,000 are included in the District Capital Outlay: Public Education Capital Outlay (PECO) Maintenance. The contract amount being awarded is $138,269.
