Approve a Contract for Medicaid Data Management Partnership with the School Board of Seminole County, Florida for the Period of July 1, 2009 - June 30, 2010 (Business Division)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The School Board of Hillsborough County has joined with 52 other Florida school districts to claim Medicaid reimbursement for the fiscal year 2009/2010. This is a request to extend the partnership with the School Board of Seminole County, Florida (SBSC), Department of Education (DOE), and Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) for an additional school year.

SBSC will charge a fee of $9 per form for the Random Moment Sampling forms used for this program. Estimated cost to Hillsborough County will be approximately $3,600 annually.
