SUBJECT / RECOMMENDATIONS
Approve Categorical Funding with the State of Florida, Department of Health, for School Health Services (Student Services and Federal Programs Division)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This contract renewal is in effect July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2010. The categorical funding is provided annually through the State General Revenue dollars. The $485,802 is used to fund RN School Nurse positions, fringes, travel and training.

$485,802 – From the General Appropriations Act, Human Services Budget (State of Florida General Revenue Dollars).
EVALUATION
The annual report and plan are submitted to the Department of Health. Data is collected from monthly reports submitted by school nurses.
