Approve Revised Developer Agreement with the City of Tampa to Transfer Ownership of Wastewater Facilities at Grady Elementary School
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
On March 10, 2009, the School Board of Hillsborough County approved an agreement to transfer ownership of wastewater facilities constructed at Grady Elementary School to the City of Tampa. After School Board approval, the agreements were forwarded to the City for acceptance and signature. Upon their receipt, they discovered that School Board staff was provided an unapproved document format and have requested re-execution. The revised agreement includes minor changes to two paragraphs that contained language regarding School Board compliance with governmental laws and statutes and confirmation of the Board's authority as owner to transfer the facilities to the City.

Approval of the revised Developers Agreement with the City of Tampa to transfer ownership of wastewater facilities at Grady Elementary School will not result in any expenditures to the School Board.
