This project was planned by the architectural firm of Harvard Jolly, Inc. On July 11, 2006, the Board appointed the construction management firm of HCBeck, Ltd. This new facility opened in August 2008 and relieved overcrowding at Cypress Creek Elementary School.

This change order provides a credit for project savings and the return of unused contingency funds.

The architect advises that the referenced project is finally complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance.

This item was included in the District Capital Outlay: Certificates of Participation Series (CoPS) 06 ($7,843,871) and High Growth District Capital Outlay Assistance Grant ($6,306,175).
