Approve Change Order No. 3 in the Amount of $0.00 Extra, Time Extension of 20 Calendar Days, and Acceptance of Project for Roof Replacement at
Gaither High School

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Harvard Jolly, Inc. was selected from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design services. On May 20, 2008, the Board awarded the contract for construction to Crowther Roofing & Sheet Metal of Florida, Inc. The scope of work provided for replacement of a portion of the roof at Gaither High School.

This change order provides a time extension of 20 calendar days for rain delays.

The architect advises that the referenced project is finally complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance.
