Approve Statement of Work (SOW) with CorTechs, Inc. (Information & Technology Division – Transportation Department)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This SOW will provide assistance with the implementation of CA Service Desk R12, “Service Desk” to improve response to and tracking of parent, employee, and community requests and issues regarding student transportation. The SOW is to design, configure, and implement the solutions, as needed. This program will improve transportation's ability to track, respond, and report results. It will assist the district in developing training for employees on the use of the system.

$27,000 – to implement the first phase of the project to be up and running by August 1, 2009
