Approve Change Order No. 2 for a Time Extension of 21 Calendar Days and Acceptance of Project for 3rd Floor Renovation at
Raymond O. Shelton School Administrative Center (ROSSAC)

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

John J. McKenna Architect P.A. and R.W. Tymewell, Inc. were selected from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design and construction management services. The scope of work provided for renovation of the 3rd floor, Business Division area, of the School Administrative Center.

This change order provides a time extension for completion of additional work resulting from project scope revisions.

The architect advises that the referenced project is finally complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance.
