EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
On May 20, 2008, the Board appointed Long & Associates Architects/Engineers, Inc. and Halfacre Construction Company to provide design and construction management services for the installation, relocation, and removal of relocatable facilities on a continuing contract basis. On November 6, 2008, the Board approved construction documents and a guaranteed maximum price pursuant to the continuing contract for relocation of facilities at various sites.
This change order provides a credit for project savings and the return of unused contingency funds.
The architect advises that the referenced project is finally complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance.
