SUBJECT / RECOMMENDATIONS
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
On July 15, 2008, the Board appointed Don Stine Construction, Inc. to provide construction management services for construction of an athletic field house at Durant High School. This project is being accomplished using a combination of donated funds and services, and District matching funds previously approved by the Board. Project completion is scheduled for September 3, 2009.
Approval of the guaranteed maximum price will establish the cost for the project.

FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: Yes)
Construction cost is warranted at $371,619. The construction budget is $371,619. Expenditures are funded as follows: $301,619 Durant's contribution, $20,000 from Area Director's millage allocation, and $50,000 from Millage Matching Funds. Donated services in the amount of $34,865 are not included in the construction cost.
