SUBJECT / RECOMMENDATIONS
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
On December 12, 2006, the Board appointed Long & Associates Architects/Engineers, Inc. and HCBeck, Ltd. to provide design and construction management services for the high school. The high school is located adjacent to Bailey Elementary (scheduled to open with the high school in August 2009) and a future middle school. The roadway improvements include the addition of traffic signalization at the intersection of Highway 92 and Gallagher Road and widening of Gallagher Road from Highway 92 to the high school property line. Project completion is scheduled for April 9, 2010.
Approval of the guaranteed maximum price will establish the cost for the project.

FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: Yes)
Construction cost is warranted at $3,297,755. The construction budget is $3,297,800. This item is included in the District Capital Outlay: Local Millage.
