Approve Change Order No. 2 in the Credit Amount of $145,317.92 for Roof Replacement at
West Tampa Elementary School

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

John J. McKenna Architect P.A. was selected from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design services. On May 20, 2008, the Board awarded the contract for construction to the low bidder, All Area Roofing and Waterproofing, Inc. The scope of work provides for replacement of the roof at West Tampa Elementary School.

This change order provides for final reconciliation of the Direct Purchase Program.
