SUBJECT / RECOMMENDATIONS
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Anston-Greenlees, Inc. and NuJak Development, Inc. were selected from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design and construction management services. The scope of work provides for data system upgrades throughout the Chamberlain High School campus.
Approval of the guaranteed maximum price will establish a cost for the project.

FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: Yes)
Construction cost is warranted at $262,572.37. The construction budget is $263,000. This item is included in the District Capital Outlay: Local Millage.
