Approve Change Order No. 1 in the Credit Amount of $157,681.32 for Kitchen Renovation at
Riverview Elementary School

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

On February 13, 2007, the Board appointed Schenkel Shultz Architecture and Halfacre Construction Company to provide design and construction management services. The renovation of the kitchen includes expansion of the servery, remodeling of the staff toilets to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act, replacement of all food service equipment, replacement of all interior finishes, and a dumpster enclosure.

This change order provides a credit for the direct purchase of materials by the District, in accordance with the Direct Purchase Program.
