Approve Acceptance of Project for Parking Improvements at
Sulphur Springs Elementary School

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Kisinger Campo & Associates Corp. was selected from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design services. The scope of work provided for the addition of 95 paved parking spaces at Sulphur Springs Elementary School. On January 27, 2009, the Board awarded the contract for construction to the low bidder, Newco Construction Company (doing business as Wichman Construction).

The architect advises that the referenced project is finally complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance.
