SUBJECT / RECOMMENDATIONS

Approve Negotiated Salary Agreement and ESP Contract Language Changes with the Hillsborough Classroom Teachers Association (HCTA) - Teacher Unit and Educational Support Personnel (ESP) Unit.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

A Salary Agreement has been reached with the HCTA retroactive to July 1, 2009 (Attachment A). Changes in language to the HCTA-ESP contract (Attachment B) and the following Memorandums of Understanding have been agreed upon.
  • Salary Differential, Renaissance Schools (Attachment C)
  • Hiring Retirees (Attachment D)
  • ANNUAL DISTRICT GOAL(S) AND CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTOR(S)

    Provide the following salary adjustment:
  • Salary: $0
  • Fingerprinting (Teachers): $174,612
  • Fingerprinting (ESP): $47,231
  • Insurance (Teachers): $2,478,593
  • Insurance (ESP): $553,744
