SUBJECT / RECOMMENDATIONS

Approve Dedication of a Permanent Utility Easement to Hillsborough County for a Sanitary Sewer Force Main Serving Strawberry Crest High School and Bailey Elementary School

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The sanitary sewer force main serving the two schools has been completed and is ready to be dedicated to Hillsborough County. A Permanent Utility Easement obtained by Hillsborough County Public Schools from the First Baptist Church of Dover, Inc. must also be dedicated to fulfill the County's requirements.

FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: No)

There will be no financial impact.
