EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Harvard Jolly, Inc. was selected from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design services. On May 5, 2009, the Board awarded the contract for construction to Newco Construction Company (doing business as Wichman Construction). The scope of work provides for landscaping, masonry, paving, and construction of an exterior stage.
This change order provides for project enhancements requested by the school, and drainage revisions required due to unforeseen conditions. A time extension is included for completion of the drainage revisions.

This item is included as a matching funds project: $223,000 from school's Academic Foundation and $50,000 from Local Millage.
