EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This project was planned by the architectural firm of Long & Associates Architects/Engineers, Inc. On May 20, 2008, the Board awarded the contract for construction to Enviro-Logical Solutions, Inc. The scope of work provided for installation of a new fuel station.
This change order provides for final reconciliation of the Direct Purchase Program. Included is the relocation of water and air lines and dispenser and electrical revisions.
The architect advises that the referenced project is finally complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance.
