Approve Change Order No. 2 in the Credit Amount of $133,766.02, Change Order No. 3 in the Credit Amount of $41,923.41 for Renovation (Phase I) at
Waters Career Center

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Wilder Architecture, Inc. and The Morganti Group, Inc. were selected from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design and construction management services. The scope of work provides for new mechanical equipment, general lighting, and finishes in the auditorium.

Change Order No. 2 provides for final reconciliation of the Direct Purchase Program. Change Order No. 3 provides a credit for project savings and return of unused contingency funds.
