Approve Change Order No. 3 in the Amount of $19,769.82 Extra for Classroom Addition at
Tomlin Middle School

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

On July 15, 2008, the Board appointed Long & Associates Architects/Engineers, Inc. and J.O. DeLotto & Sons, Inc. to provide design and construction management services. The scope of work provides for an additional 16 classrooms. This addition is necessary to meet class size reduction requirements.

This change order provides for final reconciliation of the Direct Purchase Program.
