Approve Amendment Number 3 to Contract #LC814 with the Florida Department of Children and Families for Child Care Training, Learey Technical Center, 2009/2010 (Adult Technical Center)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
We request approval of Amendment Number 3 of Contract #LC814 with the Florida Department of Children and Families which provides revised language clarifying specific responsibilities. With the deployment of online child care training courses coordinated under this contract, approval of trainers to teach instructor-led courses requires additional responsibilities to be completed by the provider. This amendment requires the provider to validate the community need for additional trainers.
