Review 2008-2009 Strategic Plan.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Staff has submitted the final progress report on the Operational Objectives for 2008-2009. After a review with each Division Chief individually, the BPI Team facilitated a work session with the Superintendent and senior staff to determine the overall progress of each Strategic Objective. This workshop is designed to provide a final review for the Board of the 2008-2009 Strategic Plan, a discussion of lessons learned, and some suggestions for 2009-2010 .
