EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Harvard Jolly, Inc. was selected from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design services. On May 5, 2009, the Board awarded the contract for construction to Newco Construction Company (doing business as Wichman Construction). The scope of work provided for landscaping, masonry, paving, and construction of an exterior stage.
The architect advises that the referenced project is finally complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance.

FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: Yes)
This item was included as a matching funds project: $223,000 from school's Academic Foundation and $50,000 from Local Millage. The remaining balance will be refunded to the school.
