As part of the campus modification at Ballast Point Elementary School, the School Board was required to install certain potable water facilities for a fire line in the City of Tampa's service area. The plans for the fire line submitted by the School Board were reviewed by the City of Tampa's Water Department and approved. The Agreement requires that the School Board donate these facilities to the City and they will assume ownership, maintenance and operation and the School Board will guarantee the facilities against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of thirteen months.
