On February 13, 2007, the Board appointed Schenkel Shultz Architecture and Halfacre Construction Company to provide design and construction management services. The renovation of existing facilities included Clinic, restroom, signage, and door hardware upgrades to meet Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements; upgrades to lighting, fire alarm, mechanical, and electrical systems to meet current codes; interior painting; and selected floor resurfacing. Exterior work included roof and window replacements, ingress/egress improvements, and additional security fencing.

The architect advises that the referenced project is finally complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance.
