Approve Agreement with the Florida State Fair Authority for High School Graduations (Administration Division)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The Florida State Fairgrounds – Expo Hall is needed for graduation ceremonies for Adult Education and 13 high schools (Blake, Brandon, Durant, East Bay, Jefferson, Lennard, Newsome, Plant, Plant City, Riverview, Robinson, Spoto, and Tampa Bay Technical). Graduations are scheduled for June 3, 4, 7, 8, 9, and 10, 2010, (rehearsals begin June 2, 2010).

FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: Yes)
Total expenditure of the request is $74,788.84. These dollars are already funded in the Division of Administration budget.
