Approve Change Order No. 1 in the Credit Amount of $390,711.34 and Change Order No. 2 in the Credit Amount of $82,330.63 for Roof Replacement at
Chamberlain High School

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

On November 18, 2008, the Board appointed the architectural firm of Harvard Jolly, Inc. to provide design services. On May 5, 2009 the Board awarded the contract for construction to Southern Roofing Company, Inc. The scope of work provides for replacement of the existing roof and skylights at Chamberlain High School.

Change Order No. 1 provides for final reconciliation of the Direct Purchase Program. Change Order No. 2 provides a credit for the return of unused contingency funds.
