EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Terry Patrick Bigelow was named the Florida Council of Teachers of English "2009 Teacher of the Year." This event was sponsored and hosted by the Florida Council of Teachers of English on October 17, 2009, in Orlando. Terry is a 7th and 8th grade English teacher at Rampello Downtown Partnership School.
