Approve Change Order No. 4 in the Credit Amount of $3,215.00 for
Rampello Downtown Partnership School Parking Facility

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

On October 19, 2004, the Board appointed J.O. DeLotto & Sons, Inc. to provide design-build services for the Rampello Downtown Partnership School Parking Facility. The scope of work provided for construction of a new parking garage to house 450 vehicles. The parking facility was Board accepted on April 24, 2007. Subsequently, District staff identified a need to secure the facility during evening hours. A black vinyl chain link fence was installed around the perimeter of the parking facility to provide the required security.

This change order provides a credit for additional project savings and the return of unused contingency funds.
