Carrollwood Elementary School

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

On May 20, 2008, the Board approved an interlocal agreement with Hillsborough County for construction of the two recreation buildings at Carrollwood Elementary School. The agreement specifies that Hillsborough County will design the facility and provide funding for construction, with the construction to be accomplished by the School District. The scope of work provides for two new 1,800 square foot buildings to house multipurpose rooms, restrooms, offices, and storage to complement the existing covered playcourt and field areas.

Suncoast Architectural Studios, Inc. was hired by Hillsborough County to provide the design for the facility. District staff selected Kalemeris Construction, Inc. from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide construction management services.

This change order provides for final reconciliation of the Direct Purchase Program.
