John J. McKenna Architect P.A. and Bandes Construction Company, Inc. were selected from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design and construction management services. The scope of work provided for tuckpointing, waterproofing, and window repair at Franklin Middle School.

This change order provides a credit for project savings and the return of unused contingency funds.

The architect advises that the referenced project is finally complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance.

This item was included in the District Capital Outlay: $100,000 from Local Millage and $373,549.89 from Public Education Capital Outlay (PECO) Maintenance.
