Approve Change Order No. 1 in the Credit Amount of $3,080.00, Change Order No. 2 in the Credit Amount of $9,471.00, and Acceptance of Project for Stadium and Bleacher Renovations at
Plant High School

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Wilder Architecture, Inc. was selected from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design services. On May 19, 2009, the Board awarded the contract for construction to Eveland Brothers, Inc. The scope of work included bleacher modifications, structural repairs, and re-roofing of the stadium.

Change Order No. 1 provides a credit for damages to the track and field caused by the contractor. Change Order No. 2 provides a credit for project savings and the return of unused contingency funds.

The architect advises that the referenced project is finally complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance.
