Approve Change Order No. 3 in the Credit Amount of $3,233.00 and Acceptance of Project for Locker Room and Group Toilet Room Renovations at
Dowdell Middle School

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

John J. McKenna Architect P.A. and J.B.D. Construction, Inc. were selected from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design and construction management services. The scope of work provided for locker room and group toilet room renovations.

This change order provides a credit for the return of unused contingency funds.

The architect advises that the referenced project is finally complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance.
