Approve Change Order No. 4 in the Credit Amount of $28,455.42 for Renovation at
Alafia Elementary School

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

On February 19, 2008, the Board appointed Wilder Architecture, Inc. and Vogel Bros. Building Co. to provide design and construction management services. The renovation of existing facilities included fire sprinklers where required; canopy renovation; site drainage remediation; replacement of air conditioning and low voltage systems; limited replacement of plumbing fixtures, interior finishes and door hardware; addition of a permanent stage to the multi-purpose room; and kitchen, electrical, and handicap accessibility upgrades.

This change order provides a credit for the direct purchase of materials by the District, in accordance with the District Purchase Program.
