Approve the Agreement for Technical Services for Luther Johnson and Associates to Provide Consulting and Training in Values-Based Organizational Change, Project 5021
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Dr. Luther Johnson is a certified consultant and trainer in SYMLOG and Key to Me Programs. Last year, Dr. Johnson applied these tools and his extensive executive leadership development experience to work with School Board members individually and as a team. This follow-up and guidance will be provided during the period of February 10, 2010 through January 31, 2011.
Dr. Luther Johnson is considered a professional service and is exempt from the requirement of competitive solicitations. Dr. Johnson is deemed a single source due to his previous work and its specialized and unique characteristics.
