EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
On February 13, 2007, the Board appointed Rodriguez + Architecture / AIA / PA and Christiano Construction Company, Inc. to provide design and construction management services. The renovation of existing facilities included replacement or refurbishment of interior finishes and hardware; power, lighting, and low-voltage system upgrades; mechanical and drainage system repairs, and exterior repairs; waterproofing and painting. The administration building was remodeled and reconfigured.
Change Order No. 3 provides for final reconciliation of the Direct Purchase Program. Change Order No. 4 provides for additional restroom, door and site drainage improvements not previously included in the project scope. A time extension of 25 calendar days is included for completion of the work.
