EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
Key Engineering Associates, Inc. was selected from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design services. The project was advertised and bids received. District staff awarded the contract for construction to the low bidder, Stamper Construction Company. The scope of work provides for pavement and drainage improvements required for environmental protection. This change order provides for revisions to grades and slopes to accommodate unforeseen existing conditions. A time extension is included for completion of the work. |
