Approve Stormwater Easement in Favor of the City of Tampa at Plant High School | |
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
The Board is requested to approve the attached Stormwater Easement in favor of the City of Tampa. The City has been continuously maintaining the area on the Plant High School campus which is subject to the easement and has requested an easement to formalize this arrangement. Granting of the easement will ensure continued maintenance of the area by the City.
In conjunction with the easement, District staff will be providing a letter to the City of Tampa outlining the interests of the residents adjacent to the stormwater area which includes their desire to keep the mature vegetation intact. |
