Approve Construction Documents and Guaranteed Maximum Price for High Stakes Testing Labs (Phase 3: Areas 4 and 5) | |
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
To support implementation of computer-based high stakes testing, the District is converting one or two classrooms at each school to a High Stakes Testing Lab. Modification of electrical, data, and heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems associated with each lab is needed to support the classroom conversion. Staff has planned to accomplish the work in three phases, with the work in each phase divided into two projects. This project accomplishes a portion of the lab installations included in the third phase. |

Construction cost is warranted at $1,272,330 with funding provided by ARRA (American Recovery and Reinvestment Act). The construction budget is $1,272,330. |
