Approve Acceptance of Project for 2nd Floor Administration Area Renovation at Raymond O. Shelton School Administrative Center (ROSSAC)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

John J. McKenna Architect P.A. and R.W. Tymewell, Inc. were selected from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design and construction management services. The scope of work provided for partition changes and associated mechanical, electrical, and fire sprinkler work in the Administration area.

The architect advises that the referenced project is finally complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance.

• Construct and maintain facilities that create an environment conducive to teaching and learning
FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted:  Yes)

This item was included in the District Capital Outlay:  General Operating Fund.
