Approve Acceptance of Project for Renovation (Phase 2) at Mabry Elementary School | |
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
On February 19, 2008, the Board appointed Reynolds, Smith & Hills, Inc. and Ellis Construction Company, Inc. to provide design and construction management services. The renovation was accomplished in phases to accomplish the majority of the work during summer breaks and avoid the need for temporary portable classrooms. Phase 2 included site drainage corrections, new classroom windows, electrical service, and heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in selected buildings. |
