Approve the Schematic Design and Design Development Phases for Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Renovation at Lockhart Elementary School |

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
On October 5, 2010, the Board appointed VoltAir Consulting Engineers, LLC to provide design services. The scope of work provides for renovation of the existing HVAC system and associated controls; new fire sprinkler, fire alarm, intercom, and security systems; new ceilings and energy efficient lighting; replacement of the emergency generator; and correction of related life safety deficiencies. Project completion is scheduled for August 5, 2011. |
