| Approve the Request from Tampa Electric Company for a Specific Utility Easement to Serve Pride Elementary School. | |
| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
| The specific easement is requested by Tampa Electric Company for the purposes of constructing, operating, maintaining, and replacing and/or removing from said land, installations described as lines of wires, cables, data transmission and communication facilities, supporting structures and necessary appurtenances.
Approval of this specific easement will release the blanket easement previously approved by the School Board on November 20, 2007. |
