| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
| We request approval of the Standard Hall License Contract that has been developed with the Straz Center for the Performing Arts for the Elementary Fine Arts Festival to be held on May 18, 2011, in the Carol Morsani Hall. The contract covers the costs associated with the rental of the hall, ticket sales, production equipment, and crew associated with the event.
This annual event will involve over 550 student musicians and 250 student artists with an estimated audience of 2,200. |

| Funds of $5,900 are included in the divisional general operating budget for Curriculum and Instruction, with the remaining $3,368.36 funded through ticket sales for an approximate total contract cost of $9,268.36. | |
