EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
On July 15, 2008, the Board appointed Holmes Hepner and Associates Architects and HCBeck, Ltd. to provide design and construction management services. This facility opened in August 2009 and provided relief for Bryan, Cork, Dover, Knights, Lopez, and McDonald Elementary Schools. The architect advises that the referenced project is finally complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance. |
