Information Regarding Transportation Reorganization and the Procurement Process (Facilities Division and Business Division)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The Facilities Division will present the preliminary overview of the Transportation reorganization plan combined with other transportation options.

The Business Division will present an overview of the ABCs of procurement.

STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES
• Align financial resources to support the district’s strategic goals • Demonstrate best financial practices
FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted:  Yes)
Savings upon implementation of the Transportation reorganization will be approximately $89,000.
