| Renew the Existing Bid Submitted by Insight Public Sector - Invitation to Bid (ITB) #9056-DST Network Switches (Business Division) | |
| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
| This bid was prepared at the request of the Information and Technology Division to establish fixed pricing for network switches, a multi-port networking device that processes and routes data. The initial term of the bid was from June 10, 2009 to June 9, 2010, with four additional one-year renewal options. This is the first renewal.
All terms and conditions will remain unchanged and in full force and effect. The Superintendent is authorized to approve the renewal agreement for the terms of the specifications. |

| EVALUATION | |
| Contract administration or evaluation is performed by the Project Manager (end user) and Procurement Officer, who function as a team. Reviews are conducted face to face, typically quarterly, or by utilizing an online vendor performance report. Prior to soliciting a new contract, the Contract Administration team must first give consideration to the specifications and supporting data of the expiring contract. | |
