EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
We are working to solve the financial issues affecting the 2011/2012 fiscal year budget, while at the same time developing and adopting the budget, which supports our strategic goals and priorities.  Keeping in mind the factors relating to the financial market conditions and state revenues, it is imperative that we continue to have a working knowledge of the dollars coming to us beginning July 1, 2011.
